Farm to Table

At our Grenada retreat, food is an experience rooted in the land, the sea, and the rhythms of island life. Inspired by Grenada’s rich agricultural heritage, our farm-to-table cuisine celebrates fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from local farmers, fisherfolk, and nearby gardens.

Each meal is thoughtfully prepared by our private chef, who works closely with local producers to craft nourishing, flavorful dishes that reflect the essence of the Spice Isle. Tropical fruits, fresh herbs, root vegetables, and responsibly sourced seafood come together in menus that are both vibrant and grounding.

Our drinks are equally intentional, featuring fresh-pressed juices, herbal infusions, and island-inspired beverages made from ingredients like ginger, turmeric, nutmeg, and coconut. Every dish and drink is designed to support wellness while honoring Grenada’s culinary traditions.

Dining at the retreat is unhurried and soulful, an invitation to slow down, savor each bite, and reconnect through food that is clean, honest, and deeply nourishing.

Tour our Itinerary

Day One:

Now that you’ve secured your spot, I want to officially welcome you to the undocking process. We are so excited that you made it this far.

Let’s be honest travel can be long, tiring, and sometimes stressful. So, once you arrive, we’ve got you. We’ll meet you at the airport and take you straight to our fairytale private beach villa. After check-in, you’ll have time to unwind, freshen up, maybe even squeeze in a nap before we come together for our welcome dinner.

Day Two:

Day two is where we gently ease into the experience.

We’ll start the morning with light refreshments, think of it as a little pre-workout snack to wake your body up. Then we’ll move into our morning devotion, guided by the workbook you’ll receive.

After that, we’ll do some light stretching before heading out for our audiobook walk along the beach, a peaceful journey with the ocean as our backdrop. Be sure to pack extra clothes for this day.

You’ll then have the option to experience a 10-minute ice bath, followed by a relaxed beach brunch.

Later in the afternoon, we’ll gather for our healing workshop, all guided through your workbook. And once the work is done, it’s time for a little fun, sun, laughter, and cocktails on the beach.

We’ll head back to the villa for your evening spa experience, enjoy dinner together, and then wrap up the night.

And don’t worry, if the weather doesn’t cooperate for a beach day, we’ll switch things up and enjoy the hot sulfur springs in the mountains instead.

Scenic view of a coastal landscape with green grassy cliffs, blue ocean waves, and islands in the distance under a partly cloudy sky.

Day Three:

Welcome to day three.

We’ll begin, once again, with light refreshments, followed by our morning devotion and gentle stretching. After breakfast, we’ll come back together for another healing workshop, and trust me, we have a lot to unpack this day.

After the workshop, we’re heading out for a lunch date at the waterfalls, yes, you heard that right.

We’ll return to the villa for an early dinner, and then one of my favorite moments of the retreat: dessert around the campfire, paired with our novel chapter recaps and live group discussion.

It’s a full day, so after that, we’ll call it a night and meet again in the morning. Get some rest, you’ve earned it.

Day Four:

Good morning, it’s day four.

We’ll start with light refreshments, followed by our devotion and workout session. After that, you’ll enjoy brunch and then have some quiet, personal time alone to reflect, journal, rest, or simply be.

This evening is something truly special.

You’ll be attending a red-carpet event: Black Excellence Grenada, a beautiful celebration honoring authors and creatives on the island. Expect cocktails, fine dining, cultural expression, and an unforgettable atmosphere.

So, bring your best grown-and-sexy energy, come ready to celebrate, and know that you’ll be well taken care of.

Day Five:

Day five comes with mixed emotions because this is when we say goodbye but not before we celebrate one last time.

We’ll gather for a farewell brunch, reflect on our journey together, share final thoughts, and of course, take one last group photo before we drop you off for your flight.

I truly cannot wait to meet you, I really can’t.

See you there.
Bye for now.
